Paideia lists
Paideia was the name of the annual study list published by the National Spelling Bee committee, before they switched to the "spell it" concept.
Each list contained about 3,000 words.
If you select "spelling bee words" as your goal setting in your LearnThatWord account settings, you will automatically learn all the words on previous Paideia lists, along with those on the famous consolidated word list and words that have recently be seen in the competition.
Our close to 25,000 spelling bee words are listed by frequency, so you will go through the most frequent words first and slowly continue to the more exotic and rare ones.
